One of the most versatile Essential Oils. Therapeutic.

Aromatherapy: Relaxing, calming, yet can invigorate and give energy.

Anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory.

Can be used for minor cuts, bruises, irritated skin. Applied topically: back aches, insomnia. Leaves were used to deodorize and disinfect areas. (kept on the wrists during the Great Plague of London to ward off that infection), helps hemorrhoids, soothing for burns. Antioxidant, antimicrobial, antiallergenic, anti inflammatory.

Used to treat: depression, upset stomachs, sore muscles, headaches, insomnia, eczema, psoriasis, maintains normal blood pressure, helps support healthyy female cycles, helps against seasonal colds, sinus infections.
